If you use an UPS(uninterruptible power supply) to perform the AC output in the square wave at the time of the backup operation, WJ-ND400 / HDE400 may not work properly.
Please use an UPS to perform a sine wave output even at the time of backup.
We recommend Online type UPS (Sine wave inverter).
